TANNER ENGINEERING recently completed the first of 15 phases for design and installation of the PV systems for Warner Bros Studios in Burbank CA. This high profile client requested, and required, the highest quality in Engineering to integrate into the campus facilities maintenance program. The first phase included a 500 KW system installation on the Historical MILL BUILDING. This building houses set construction, design services and facilities maintenance. The existing saw tooth roof structure offered an ideal setting to blend the PV system with the existing structure. TANNER worked closely with the WARNER BROS. facility engineering to ensure the owner/builder understood the issues associated with administrating and maintaining the PV system for consistent and predictable performance over the expected life of the system.
As a result of the first design and installation, TANNER was selected to begin work on the second of thirteen stage buildings and the campus Flagship “LEED GOLD” installation.
